Assessing professional behaviour is tricky, especially for something as subjective as a client meeting. Still, there are many objective measures of a meeting. Moreover, once a professional learn to critique and assess their performance, they are on the way to world-class because they have the mechanism to get better every time they perform.
This course teaches individuals and teams a simple process for reviewing client meetings to continue improving with each engagement.
